Add colors to remaining versions of the code and fix ghost movement during invalid key #5

Changes in the:

Refactored code

Pieces are colored in the same way as in oop
Make ghost stay put if an invalid key is pressed (ghosts still move if the user is pressing a valid key in the direction of a wall)

Spaghetti code

Pieces are colored in the same way as in oop
When the user wins, the final board is printed in green, otherwise, it is printed in red.
