keycloak-js 22 support in v13 #517

The main readme indicates that 13.x.x should support keycloak.js 22, however 13.1.0 still only has peer dependency up to 21.

Desired functionality.

Apply changes from #510 to v13, allowing for keycloak.js 22 on angular 15 supported version

I will update for both v.13 and for the next version with Angular v.17.

I tried updating to the latest, but some changes in keycloak-js@22/23 break the build.

Please kindly ask you to update to the latest Angular/Keycloak versions.
