Made the copying of an object more robust #3

Added a case where the object is a single object, which would cause copy top fail.

As far as I can see, the main issue you solved in this pull request has been solved in a different way. Moreover, it adds files to Thoth that I didn't intend to be there (such as your working configuration).

Hmm something went wrong indeed. Sorry for that. Though in my scenario the check was needed.
