Uses current mauroc/master and frontend2 1.0.15 from testplugin + 1 commit to fix Ubuntu 20.4 Focal eliminating gtk3.

Mauro I think you may need to go into circleci and turn on the build and deploy, but maybe it will pick up the build and deploy when you merge.

Mauro, There will be another PR to settle some additional changes to settle the naming of environments etc. If you need some help getting circleci building, let me know.
