Deploy: Deploy to stable/unstable (#74), dirty flatpak fix (#73) #75

Dirty fix to make flatpak build. It probably needs an overhaul to better match the new structure.

Fixes in circleci-upload which directs tagged builds to one repo and untagged builds to another one. As submitted, both are defined as the only existing mauro-calvi/squiddio-pi.

When a new repo is available the code can be tested without changes by defining the environment variables CLOUDSMITH_STABLE_REPO and CLOUDSMITH_UNSTABLE_REPO in the circleci builder. Or just patch ci/circleci-upload.sh near the top of the file.

No idea why only flatpak was built by circleci. Same commit is built OK on https://github.com/leamas/squiddio_pi/commits/deploy.
