What is it? Where does it live? How can I find it? How can I get it? How can I use it? How can I learn to use it? What it means ‘to install’ it? What it means ‘load it’? Why do I get errors about other packages that I didn’t want to install? How can I get the latest version of a package? How can I get an older version of a package?

No worries! Your Qs make clear there’s room for similar/expanded content that is aimed explicitly at user (who may or may not be developing a pkg)

This isn't a great format, but as you collect your answers, I'd recommend pulling them together somewhere visible. I'm not trying to be withholding, just an area where people of all levels of experience can really contribute.
