Android background service not working. #506

I testong Oppo F5 OS: 8.1.0

If User manual swipe to clear app from recently it still working on both native side and react native headless task,

but if user click on clear all recently app. it sometime working and sometime does not. However that is working only in android native side, and handle headless task on react native did not working.
