Could we just put a random Fuchu.snk and sign it? A bit of a PITA to work with unsigned assemblies from signed assemblies. Reverse is OK.

Done in fd74cdf54804c5c13769d42391a388b2be328e1a . I'm also pushing NuGet packages as artifacts on AppVeyor now, so you can use AppVeyor's NuGet feed until I release it.
