There's a lengthy discussion about fsprojects in https://groups.google.com/d/msg/fsharp-opensource/5eW_xzUg2AE/M00HQ6eHhbUJ and the consensus is that it's not a place for "endorsed" projects but a place for incubation (and I agree with that), which Fuchu doesn't need. Everyone can contribute to Fuchu as it is now via normal pull requests. BTW I haven't forgotten about your pull request, I currently have a lot in my head between work and a move, hopefully in a few days I'll resume my regular OSS work. About potential: I'm open to any suggestions and discussion about improvements. About exposure: there's another lengthy discussion in https://groups.google.com/d/msg/fsharp-opensource/mdSERX_pQi4/1EwpJdjQW94J about that, personally I think that project visibility should come from people actually using it and then tweeting and blogging about it.
Alright, I added a mention of it to fsharp.org http://fsharp.org/guides/mac-linux-cross-platform/#fuchu
The PR is fine to let simmer a bit, it's not that good nor extensive. I still think this project needs command line or environment-based filtering however, and while my PR might expose some of those options, it's not the full story.
Closing.
I think this library has a lot of potential; wouldn't it be great if it was moved to fsprojects for everyone to contribute to? It would increase its exposure.
