Automatically load profile on startup? #56

Hello,

Is it possible to get ShaderGlass to auto-load a specific profile on startup instead of the default? Whilst I can load it manually each time I start the application, it would simply be easier to have it automatically load a specified profile or allow me to make changes to the default one. Thanks so much!
