Shader parameters have no effect #67

Hello,

I tried to adjust the shader parameters for vhs/VHSPro but they seem to have no effect. Am I missing something? Specifically i'm trying to eliminate or reduce the tracking/noise bars that move from top to bottom. Cheers.
