Cursor, and some menus not affected. #91

I want the mouse cursor to appear affected by the shader. I looked in some old issues for this, and found this zip. I don't know how to work it with ShaderGlass. Even any other idea to fix the cursor would be great, thank you.

Install AutoHotkey.
Extract mouse_emulator.zip.
Double-click mouse_emulator.ahk in the extracted folder.

I doesn't seem to work though. Plus, it doesn't change the cursor when hovering over links and such.

Yeah, some menus like the start menu and context menus aren't affected by ShaderGlass unfortunately.
