When meeting closes there is no way to access the pad for notes

We are struggling to have the 'read only link' to the pad as outlined in the docs after a meeting is closed be displayed: https://docs.decidim.org/en/develop/services/etherpad.html#_how_is_etherpad_lite_integrated_in_meetings

This an issue that should be raised in decidim core I think. I saw this behaviour in others instances.

As a workaround if we have pad access we could copy/paste the link into the text of the meeting until it's fixed.
