calendar subscription not working on apple calendar #43

Adding from GCal seems to work (infos from Ruth) but Apple Calendar does not work. thx!

@Grienauer is it the same for all calendars? eg if you subscribe to the main cal: https://community.mautic.org/s/BGMH7ChTCa is that working OK?
