Cloning a meeting closes the duplicated meeting and also clones the meeting notes from past events #70

When duplicating an event (which we do very often) since the update, it also clones the meeting notes from the previous meeting and the meeting is cloned as closed. When editing, there's no way to actually delete those meeting notes, because the meeting is already closed, so it's very confusing for the user.
