Comments not loading under proposal #84

Someone commented on my proposal here:

I could see the comment before I commented myself, but since I commented on proposal none of the comments are loading.

Investigating the requests shows the request that should get the comments is met with 500 Internal Server Error response.

@rsdeus I popped in a support ticket about this - please could you look into it? It seems to have been missed during QA of the new update.

Hi @RCheesley, I've done a hotfix, but I need to restart the instance. Please let me know when I can do it.
