automated installation: cannot set mailer from #215

Hi!

I am testing full mautic automated installations today, the following environment settings fail:

MAUTIC_CONFIG_MAILER_FROM_NAME:  user
MAUTIC_CONFIG_MAILER_FROM_EMAIL:  user@example.com

When adding those env vars during automated installation the container seems to crash.

Other mailer settings (host, port, transport...) are processed just fine.
