Added my name and resolved issues to the list of no-code contributors. I converted some sections of the docs to from markdown to rst

Hi @Iqmaa you actually don't need to make a PR for this, because the task you worked on involves creating a PR so that is counted by Hacktoberfest when it's merged! 🚀
