This PR updates the branching strategy information for developers with specific reference to having to make a duplicate PR for the Major and Minor branches.
It also fixes a bunch of Vale warnings now I am starting to move this over to Read the Docs ... figured I might as well start working on fixing the errors in the page as I was making the PR!
