There are several places where the financial policy is out of date and needs updating:
References to Community Manager which no longer exists
Confusing references to receiving accounts when Open Collective should be the default
References to Acquia
References to things we don't actually pay for (Google Apps, GitHub)
We also need to include the appropriate references to the General Assembly.
I've clarified some points like not wearing branded merch when officially representing Mautic on behalf of the project, and also updated to reflect that OC pay out twice weekly.
I'll propose adoption of this updated policy at the General Assembly.
