Mautic Chrome extension broken, when e-mails contain a dash "-" #3

The extension only submits the e-mail send via G-Mail with a broken e-mail address to mautic. The address is incomplete - it brakes just befor a dash in the domain name.

Yes, same issue here.

I'm using the Mautic Gmail extension, but there is an issue updating the contact when the email address contains a dash. i.e. if you send an email from Gmail to "john@example-domain.com", the extension is registering in Mautic a new contact as "john@example" not connected with the existing contact. The dash in the email address seems to cause an issue for automatic merge and contact recognition. Can you help please?

It seems to be a closed ticket on the Mautic Github, but the issue is still there. Anyone could help please? Thank you very much.

It's creating wrong entries in the system and also doesn't allow a perfect tracking of the Gmail conversations.

Other than that the extension is amazing, so just need this issue to be addressed.
