Working on Joomla 4 / Mautic 4 support, very much a WIP.

Issues to be fixed for plugin to not break Joomla site:

[x] Fix issue with Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\AdministratorApplication::isAdmin() on enabling (deprecated code)

Issues to be fixed for other functionality:

[ ] Remove OAuth 1 support
[ ] Fix OAuth2 not authenticating correctly
[ ] Test embedding of forms with shortcode
[ ] Test Dynamic Content
