Mautic Version

4.4.x series

PHP version

8.0

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

No response

What happened?

Our Mautic default timezone is being set to UTC when we want it to be at America/Chicago.

We suspect this bug occured when we upgrade to 4.4.10 because we are using the same server we been using over years and nothing was change on the server itself.

See this thread on Mautic forum for screenshot and information

https://forum.mautic.org/t/mautic-publish-based-on-utc-timezone-not-our-local-timezone/29718/6

How can we reproduce this issue?

Step 1: Check the Mautic php info to see if default timezone is honoring the timezone you set in php.ini

As commented in the Forum, I have 4 Mautic servers that are using Romanian timezone and are working without any issues.

The difference to TechBill installation is that he is using composer installation, and all my installation are not with the composer.

On my server I let the debian time zone unchanged (UTC). And only in Mautic I customize the time zone. I change nothing in php or anywhere else.

How is it in the composer installation. Or can this type of installation have something with the timezone issue?

Gentlemen, I have this problem in mautic 5 - php 8.1. When you update the server's CRON, the problem occurs. Even changing the server's and php.ini's timezone still doesn't solve the problem. Can you help me ? Screenshot_20 Screenshot_21 Screenshot_22
