docs/plugins/images/alphanumeric-id.png - this image needs updating as the buttons are the wrong way round.

Twilio also introduced some major changes which are released with Mautic 5 (see https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/12539) and we need to better guide people through this process/workflow.
