Power level / Admin status support #244

I have a bunch of bridged / relayed group chats. However, in the matrix rooms, the admin user is always "Facebook bridge bot". That means that I effectively can't moderate the room on the matrix side. Any ideas how to fix this, or could this be implemented such that the user configuring a bridge always becomes the room admin?

All my bridges have the set-pl command for bridge admins
