`refresh` command not found #265

help command lists refresh - Resync chats and reconnect to MQTT under Connection management. On use, the bot replies Unknown command. Try help for help.

Perhaps refresh would help with #161?

I had this issue, but was accidentally setting a new line under Refresh. Getting rid of that solved it.
