generate group name in the same way as slack #23

Group names in slack are composed by participants' names, separated by a coma. This is more convenient to find the desired group than using the current naming which is: Slack bridge bot and x others.

I locally checked out mautrix:dev and then merged this PR on top of that development branch. Everything appears to be working fine and I do see the improved channel names.
