bridge bot: add network/service name #24

Upgrades mautrix and also sets the service and network name for the bridge bot.

Looks like slack was on a really old version so it wasn't even using zerolog previously, need to update the example log config: https://github.com/mautrix/discord/blob/main/example-config.yaml#L279-L290
