If you go into the WhatsApp settings and click on the QR icon you can share your QR code to get a link like:
https://wa.me/qr/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is a 14 character alphanumeric id.
Sometimes people share their phone number by sending such a link, so it would be handy if the resolve-link command support such links.
