multiple "BROWSE" button with IE6 and IE8 #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click browse button
2.select file, press OK
3.click browse button
4.select another file, press OK

And you will see two BROWSE button. Only happens with IE6 and IE8, AFAIK

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only 1 browse button, i see 2 or more if i continue...

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: using plugin stored on google
JQUERY VERSION: using jquery on google 

follows my includes. there are escapes cause is in PHP

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.

If you're still having a problem with the plugin, please visit the project page 
and re-open the issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, 
but please bear with us...  we'll be making improvements to the plugin and its 
documentation over the coming weeks.
