IE 8 duplicates both browse button and input field

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to add more than 2 files in IE8.
2. Browse button and input field both get duplicated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see duplicated buttons in IE8, instead of only one button. Also file list
doesn't refresh until you press the button again to select another file.

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: 1.47
JQUERY VERSION: 1.4

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): IE/Win7

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.

If you're still having a problem with the plugin, please visit the project page 
and re-open the issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, 
but please bear with us...  we'll be making improvements to the plugin and its 
documentation over the coming weeks.
