Provide a PAC file which will ignore authentication-related requests #13

This is the simplest way to ignore authentication-related requests.

I thought about making the do_POST handling better in the Python, but it seems painful & annoying to maintain that.

For now, let's just ignore the URLs that the game POSTs when authenticating, and hopefully this will resolve login issues. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce login issues so it is unclear whether this will actually fix it.

edit: this thing succesfully skip login issue(the thing after you log into account), but error japanese page cookies issue still appear(that page when you try to load game.granbluefantasy.jp,freezing looping then redirect you to error page, after that if you didn't remove cookies, it will stuck there forever).. this issue appear for me when my acc are logged out and game try to show home page for Countinue or New Game for me
