Allow "geometric" window picking #45

It would be a great feature (IMHO) to allow the user to cycle windows by
their screen coordinates. So for instance, using the numeric keypad for
directions, Super-8 would go to the first window that was above the current
window on the current desktop, Super-4 would go to the first window to the
left of the current one, etc. This would create an even more intuitive
window-switching interface.
