TGM completely crashed using firefox 23.0.1- lost all my groups and tabs

I am using the lastest version of TGM - IT IS A GREAT ADD ON, CAN'T LIVE 
WITHOUT IT......

BUT----I COMPLETELY CRASHED and made a file on my hard drive labled:  

" TabGroupsManager_Session_2013_09_07_32_46.tgm2 " 

and the contents look like the following (just partial contents of a much 
larger file): 

HELP: HOW DO I DEAL WITH THIS?  HOW DO I GET MY GROUPS AND TABS RESTORED

to confirm, did this crash occur after you exported the session?

Please load your saved session by dragging the file 
"TabGroupsManager_Session_2013_09_07_32_46.tgm2" right onto the GroupBar.  
Then, just click the "OK" button to proceed.

As a further response, we'll start making sessions much easier to import.

My Firefox hasn't been experiencing any problems. I wonder what went wrong. I'm 
sure there are many different things that could be causing the problem. I only 
have a tiny experience with coding so I can't offer much help. That's up to the 
creator's to resolve.
