help doesn't show defaults

When command line options are paired the default should be noted.

for instance

show-fake
hide-fake

hide-fake's description should indicate it's the default.

this issue may be harder to fix than I had originally thought.  The defaults 
can be
changed in the config file.  The help command would have to parse the config 
file
figure out what it says the defaults are and change the help text accordingly.

I'd almost say this is too much work but as it is the help system will just add 
to
the confusion of new users when they get bombarded with 20+ command options 
they are
not familiar with.
