Description
SRS
   -> Options table
      -> Verify --show-external / --hide-external option grammar.

Description of --show-external:
   Should hide coverage information for inlined functions not within project.

The names --show-external and --hide-external options are not very descriptive.
Shouldn't we have the word inline somewhere in the option? 

--show-external-inline
--hide-external-inline

Or something along these lines.

This is just a suggestion. If you change the option name or leave it the same, 
just
give ownership back to me to verify. I just wanted you to consider making the 
names
more descriptive.
