Trucov 0.09.09.07

I issued:

trucov report -o test_coverage_output

Instead of getting the reports in the test_coverage_output folder I got all
the reports in the current directory with "test_coverage_output" appended
to each name. The "test_coverage_output" folder was created, but remained
empty.

fixed the slash and got the out put file in outdir..
coverage.dot and outdir##coverage.svg
