Remove Dot files when render runs. #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trucov render_report
2. see dot files in output directory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No dot files

The following functional tests now pass

TrucovTest.command_render
TrucovTest.command_render_report

You can verify manually also if you wish.
