Ensure gcda_grammar_unittest.cpp has 90% coverage #146

Every function should be called at least once.
All obvious code should be covered.
90% coverage is a Minimum!

Actual is 62%, however the missing coverage is on compiler generated templates. 
This
is never used, and thus does not need coverage.
