report names truncated #153

When a function has as really large demangled name not all of it is shown
in the trucov report.  It looks like it it cut off around the 256 character
mark.

Matt and I witnessed this during our Wednesday meeting(Nov 18th).

Looks like this is fixed, I didn't see any truncating.
