Unit test result wiki page #155

I need someway for you to report your unit test results.  At SEL we just
print the trucov report and add some annotations describing why a function
is missing coverage.  I'd rather all of trucov's documentation be on the web.

So just make a wiki page describing the files that are below 80% coverage(
or any files that should be discussed even if they have above 80%).

We could still make a continually updated page listing the current results, but 
this is all I required so it's good enough
