trucov_manual.txt needs updating

The trucov_manual.txt file says to run selcov new.  New isn't a supported
command, and selcov isn't the executable output anymore.

This manual is so old I think we should move it to deprecated. The manual
documentation should be maintained on the wiki.

What do you guys think?

I removed the trucov manual, there is a wiki.

I agree we should just keep the documentation in the wiki.

I think we should keep the --help documentation up to date
