What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use trucov when your source directory is far removed from the directory you
are running trucov in.
2. Pass in an absolute path to trucov for sourcedir.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The filenames outputted should be absolute paths to the source files. Instead
the filename is ..##..##..ect to get up to root, then ##my##other##dir.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.2.beta~lucid. On Maverick 2.6.38
