dot filenames incorrect #52

Dot filenames should have the same format as .trucov files.  This will also
apply to the rendered files.

Easy fix, needs almost the same naming function as the coverage files, in fact, 
may 
move the function into the Utility class so code isn't repeated.

This a minor bug and should be completed with the next release.

Now uses the same function for file name creation as the coverage creator.
create_file_name() function has been moved into Tru_utility class since more 
than one
class uses this function now.
