Fixing mixed content issues #28

Sorry I broke this in an earlier PR. This fix is critical in places where html reports are hosted on https. Can we get this reviewed and merged, publish soon? thanks!

Thank you this is published. We've had users complain about not being able to load js/css files. What they need is for these files to be served by a HTTP server for the URL's to work. It would be good if you could add some doc explaining this.
