Coral cache isn't a performance-focused CDN.  They round-robin the traffic 
across servers to handle huge spikes but do not geo-target the users to the 
closest edge node (which is what you want if you are doing it for performance).

Try doing traceroute's to www.webpagetest.org.nyud.net spread a few minutes 
apart.  On 3 attempts mine went to New York, Indiana and Seattle (from the East 
Coast).
