Don't use system MVK #20

This was turned to ON by default in CMakeLists.txt for some reason, need to turn it off again.

Testing: Delete Homebrew molten-vk first and then see if any games run.

It looks like the change was accidental and they might revert it, but maybe we should keep it just in case the same thing happens again in the future.
