Installation Problem: Python development headers #15

When I try to follow the installation instruction to update the python 
development header, there are several files cannot be fetched and returned 404 
error. Anyone can help?

Update: Both 2.7 and 3 have the same problem

you need to first update your apt repository before installing dev headers :
sudo apt-get update
or
sudo aptitude update
