@julianoes This fixes all the broken anchor URLs. I have tried to fix up methods and code fragments to new names if that was obvious from the usage. This also replaces the example code in the examples.
All that should be "OK".
BUT we (you guys) need to review and update the docs like general usage, connections etc in the guide and sanity check them. Lots changed over time that may well not have been updated by me. That stuff is the basic getting started with C++ so it needs to be right. Can you update.
