cpp: add troubleshooting page #210

This explains what not to do in callbacks and how to debug related issues.

Goes together with https://github.com/mavlink/MAVSDK/pull/1143.

@julianoes PS, I would also strongly recommend the advice on callbacks to duplicated in https://mavsdk.mavlink.io/develop/en/guide/general_usage.html
